ABOUT THE TEAM
The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Create and lead social campaigns to drive engagement through pop culture and real-time reactions to trends and breaking news.
Develop globally relevant and adaptable creative concepts and maintain and coordinate the central social content calendar
Collaborate with other teams to bring to bear earned media-focused campaigns for social. Lead integrated campaigns from ideation to execution
Offer guidance, feedback and direction for all forms of content (images, graphics, GIFs, meme, video, etc.)
Liaise with social moderators tasked with customer service via social media & maintain a community-first mindset
Assist in the conception and production of asset creation, translation, gathering, and duration for campaigns- Track, manage, and circulate performance and results of evergreen and campaign work
WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
5-7 years of relevant work experience in social media space
Exceptional storytelling, brand voice, brand writing and social marketing skills with proven ability to develop content that travels. Ideally with a good portfolio of content developed with partners and influencers
Deep knowledge of global and relevant local social platforms, social publishing tools, listening tools and paid social budgeting and buying is a must
Ability to identify and capitalize on trends, cultural moments, human insights and proven experience of operating autonomously
Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
